Should I take photos in different colored tops (even ones I don’t think suit me)? How long does it take to find out my season?
When submitting photos for your color analysis, it’s smart to vary your tops as much as possible. Even garments in colors you usually avoid provide valuable information.
Why different colors?
- Multiple colors give the analyst better material to determine which color palette flatters you most.
- In the form, you indicate which shades you think work and don’t work for you. This helps us interpret each photo correctly.
- Don’t hesitate to include tops you’re unsure about – they often clearly show which tones don’t harmonize with your skin.
How long does the analysis take?
As soon as we receive your photos and completed form, the process begins. You’ll typically receive the report and season assessment within 2–3 business days. You’ll get the completed analysis via email, complete with recommendations for your season type, color types, and personal wardrobe colors.
Tips for the photo session
- Photograph in natural light, preferably by a window.
- Use neutral makeup or go makeup-free so your skin tone is clearly visible.
- Take photos with both hair up and hair down to give a complete picture.
By following these tips, you’ll get a quick and accurate color consultation that leads to better clothing and styling choices.
