2. Agreement & Orders
The agreement becomes binding when payment is completed.
3. Payment
Payment is made using the options shown at checkout. Any fees are disclosed before the purchase is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Your digital color analysis is typically delivered within 72 hours via email.
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14 days' right of withdrawal under consumer protection law. If you request (by submitting photos and the analysis form) that the service begins during the withdrawal period and it is completed, you waive your right of withdrawal.
6. Use of the Service
You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes. It is not permitted to create an account with misleading information, share accounts with third parties, use the service, its results, or underlying methods for reverse engineering, AI model training, or development of competing services, circumvent technical limitations or otherwise gain unauthorized access to non-public functions or processes, connect to the service via automated tools, scripts, or APIs without written permission, or systematically collect, forward, or commercially exploit analysis results or other material from the service.
7. Complaints
Defects can be reported within three years under consumer protection law. Contact us and we will rectify the issue.
8. Personal Data

9. Limitation of Liability
Analysis results are advisory. We are not liable for indirect damages.
10. Changes to Terms
New terms are published here and take effect immediately. In case of breach of these terms, we reserve the right to take legal action.
11. Disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes may be reviewed by the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or Swedish courts. You may also use the EU ODR platform (link).
