I wonder if the analysis is done “manually” by a color consultant?
When you order our digital color analysis, it’s always a trained color consultant who reviews your photos and makes the assessment. The analysis is therefore done manually – no automated software makes the decisions. We carefully look at skin tone, eye color, and hair color to see which colors harmonize best with your appearance.
How should the hair be in the photos?
The most important thing is that the face is clearly visible and the lighting is even. You can therefore send photos both with your hair down and up. Many choose to do it like this:
- Hair down – shows your natural hair color and overall impression.
- Hair up – gives extra focus on skin tone and eyes, which makes the analysis easier.
- Neutral background and daylight – avoid strong shadows and color casts from artificial light.
By combining different angles and hairstyles, we get a complete basis and can give you as accurate recommendations as possible.
