Just to understand, do you use all the photos I submit?

Published: June 4, 2025 Category: Color Analysis Process By: Customer Service Team

When you submit photos for our digital color analysis, we carefully review all of them. Even the extra photos contribute to a more accurate assessment. We use them to see how different lighting and colors affect your skin tone, hair, and eyes.

Why only one photo in the report?

The report shows one photo as an example, but that doesn’t mean the other photos are ignored. The image serves mainly as a visual representation of the analysis. If you feel the chosen photo isn’t representative, we can easily swap it for one you prefer.

How to change the photo

  1. Choose the photo you like best – perhaps one where the lighting feels more accurate.
  2. Send it to us via email and mention that you’d like to swap the example image.
  3. We’ll update the report to reflect your preference, which many appreciate when sharing their results.

All photos you submit form the basis for the analysis. The example image in the report is just that – an example.
