1. What are cookies?

2. Why do we use cookies and browser storage?
a) Essential: powers basic functions like login.
b) Analytics: anonymous traffic measurement.
c) Marketing: only with your consent, for advertising measurement via Meta/Facebook.

4. Legal basis & consent
Essential cookies and browser storage are used based on legitimate interest. Others are only set after your explicit consent in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
5. Storage & deletion
Authentication cookies and the localStorage backup have a rolling duration of up to 400 days while you are signed in and are deleted when you sign out. The password-recovery proof is deleted after use, after 15 minutes at the latest, or when you sign out. Other items are stored according to the table above or until you remove them.
